An easy fix for this problem is to use acetone-based nail polish remover. Simply, pour a little nail polish remover onto a piece of cloth and gently rub at the scuff mark until it comes off. If necessary, use additonal force to scour and remove any stubborn imprints. once the scuff marks have been cleaned off, wipe the area with a clean damp coth.

Ensure that the paint smear is well coated with the nail polish remover and allow the solution to soak in for about five minutes b) using an old rag, gently scrub off the paint splatters c) wipe with clean water and after the water is dry then clean with normal glass cleaner.

4. To clean permanent marker stains : if your tiny tot has gotten of a permanent marker on refrigerator, television or computer screen, simply pour acetone-base nail polish remover onto a cloth and wipe away the scribbles. then wipe down the affected area with soapy water and dry off the surface with clean cloth. However, use non-acetone-based nail polish remover on wooden surface.

5. To clean melted plastic : if you ever inadvertently place a hot frying pan, wok or hair curling iron on a plastic bag try the following a) wait untill the heated item has totally cooled off b) pour acetone-based nail polish remover over the melted plastic and let it soak in for about 2 minutes c) pour a little of the nail polish remover onto a cloth and gently rub off the melted plastic d) once all the plastic has been removed, wipe the affected surface with damp cloth and let it air dry
